Girl receives mansion for 16th birthday

Texas musical instrument retailer Dave Anderson purchased the 6000 square foot home for his daughter's 16th birthday. His daughter, Kevyn Brooke had joked about her father buyin the mansion, and ironically her father did.
He decorated the house with a pink bow and gift tag, and then drove her there as a surprise. He repeatedly had to tell her that it was her house.
Previous owner Dr. Jesus Guevara had also bought the Dallas mansion as a surprise for his wife.
Mr. Anderson had been caring for Kevyn as a single father since his wife's death when Kevyn was five months old.
(The mansion, which was named 'Belle Nora'. For the record, I do not own the picture.)
